RV has repairs that are being made currently. Once repairs are finished, the price will go up. It is currently priced for anyone willing to takeover repairs. Repairs: section of underbelly material being replaced, two exterior skirt/fender panels being repaired/replaced, an awning arm is being replaced, some interior cosmetic repairs, fridge and other minor repairs.
